  • Scan the QR code and log in at the Texas Medical Association Alliance website to renew your membership.
  • Print our the Membership Form above and mail it with a check to the TMAA address on the form.
  • Call the Knowledge Center at the Texas Medical Association 800-880-7955 with your credit card and a customer service representative will process your renewal.
  • Contact a member of Membership Team for assistance. Trupti Shah tjshah602@gmail.com or Sofia Balderamos, sofiamaravi@gmail.com. They can help you pay by Venmo.
  • When you renew online or with the Knowledge Center, set your dues to auto renew and never worry about your annual renewal again. You will get a reminder each year before your card is charged.

We are the family of medicine and welcome the spouses and partner of any gender of physicians and medical students as well as physicians and medical students.



How to join



There are several easy options.

  • Instructions are on the Membership Form you can download above.
  • Join online by clicking the button below.
  • Call the TMA Knowledge Center (800)880-7955 with credit card information.
  • Click on the Membership Form to download, print and mail it to the TMA Alliance in Austin who processes our TCMS Alliance membership applications and renewals.
  • Contact our Membership Team and a member will take your information and you may Venmo your payment to @tcmsalliance "Dues"


Joining the TCMS Alliance enrolls you in membership in the Texas Medical Association Alliance, as well. There is no separate application or fee. You will have the option to choose to also join TEXPAC. Visit the TexPAC Alliance for more information on TexPAC and TexPAC Alliance membership and dues at all levels.

Medical Students, Residents, Fellows and Spouses/Partners may join for free and only need to send a copy of the Membership form or an email with that information to Trupti Shah tjshah602@gmail.com or click on the APT Membership button below to join the TCMS Alliance and the TMAA.
